Our Non-Solicitation policy is written into your loan agreement. Not only will we not solicit them for a mortgage or other bank products, if your customer calls our servicing area to refinance we will refer them back to you. We do not refinance any loan sold to West Gate Bank. We are your partner, not your competitor.
